About Us: At Jovie, we are dedicated to helping busy families raise smart, confident, well-adjusted kids. We offer flexible babysitting jobs in Nassau County and Queens.

Our Mission: To build stronger families by providing reliable childcare and support to families and caregivers.

  • Flexible Schedule: Work a schedule that fits your needs, with at least 2 full days of availability required, Monday to Friday between 7 AM and 7 PM, or shifts between 2 PM and 8 PM.

Your Role:
  • Building Relationships: Care for 1- 3 children in their homes, allowing you to build strong, meaningful relationships.
  • Making Every Moment an Adventure: Engage children with activities tailored to their interests and skills, making every moment fun and educational.
  • Flexibility is Key: As a flexible sitter, you will work with children of all ages. Every day could bring a new family to work with, so you need to be comfortable working at different locations and with different families. Each day could be different, with varying timeframes within the agreed hours.
Job Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Driver’s license preferred for some jobs that require driving.
  • Demonstrated experience working with children.
  • Must pass state and company background checks.
  • CPR/First Aid Training preferred (we can provide training).
