• Craft and prepare specialty coffees to order for guests
• Engage with guests to provide friendly, personalized, and efficient service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Starbucks station and retail area
• Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience
• Follow safety and sanitation policies according to Marriott and Starbucks guidelines

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
• Positive attitude with a passion for coffee and guest satisfaction
