Purchasing Specialist in Rialto, CA - Join Our Client, a leading national provider of innovative warehouse storage solutions! We need a dynamic pro with 3+ years purchasing experience, plus Excel skills to help us deliver cost-effective results across 7 facilities.
M-F 8am-5pm, paid hourly $25/hr- $30/hr!! location: Rialto, California

salary: $52,000 - 62,400 per year
work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:
- Create, issue, and reconcile purchase orders for goods and services in accordance with Our Client's policies.
- Manage supplier relations by tracking lead times, addressing shipping delays, and resolving variations in delivery, quality, or pricing.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, receipts, invoices, and pricing history.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, management, and inventory control, to provide purchasing support across multiple facilities.
- Support the development and implementation of purchasing procedures and strategies to optimize department workflows.
