Job Description

We don't just build electronics, we build products that actually matter, and we do it with a team that takes pride in doing things right.

If you get a secret sense of satisfaction from a flawless solder joint, love figuring out how intricate things fit together, and want a position where your work is genuinely appreciated  you’re going to fit right in.

We’re expanding fast. We aren't looking for someone who just wants to sit at a bench and punch a clock, we want an assembler who wants to master their craft, take on new technical challenges, and level up into leadership or advanced quality roles as we scale. Send updated resume to brandon.frey@randstadusa.com

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Bringing schematics to life: Translate engineering drawings, schematics, and BOMs into flawless electronic assemblies.

  • Mastering the bench: Perform precision hand-soldering (through-hole and surface-mount/SMT), wire harness routing, and micro-component placement.

  • Owning quality: Visually inspect your work (and your team's) to meet IPC-A-610 standards. Zero defects is the goal.

  • Testing & Troubleshooting: Use multimeters and continuity testers to verify connectivity and catch bugs before product heads out the door.

  • Keeping it clean & safe: Follow strict ESD protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

What You Bring to the Bench
  • Hands-on experience with precision soldering (both SMT and through-hole) and standard bench tools.

  • Sharp attention to detail, steady hands, and excellent color vision (for color-coded wiring and components).

  • The ability to read blueprints and technical instructions without needing someone to hold your hand.

  • A natural curiosity to learn new skills, machinery, and techniques.

  • IPC-A-610 certification or familiarity is a huge plus, but we care most about your skill and drive.

Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • Real Room to Grow: We promote from within. Show us what you can do, and we’ll give you the path, training, and support to move into advanced technician roles, quality control, or team leadership.

  • Top-Tier Benefits:

    • Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision coverage (with generous company contribution)

    • 410(k) plan with company matching

    • Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid company holidays

  • Great Culture: A clean, well-lit, climate-controlled facility with modern tools, zero micromanagement, and a team that has your back.
