Responsibilities

TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Travel RN – Community Health to provide essential healthcare services to diverse populations, including underserved communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to public health, patient education, and disease prevention.

Qualifications

• Conduct health assessments and screenings in community settings
• Provide health education and preventive care to individuals and families
• Administer vaccines, medications, and treatments as needed
• Collaborate with public health agencies, social workers, and community leaders
• Develop care plans and provide case management support
• Monitor and address community health concerns, including outbreaks and chronic conditions
