Join a top-tier global pharma leader in Branchburg, NJ, as a Supply Chain Technical Writer II. This 6-month extendable contract role offers an excellent opportunity to drive manufacturing excellence, facilitate CAPA closures, and streamline critical GMP documentation within a dynamic supply chain environment.

responsibilities:
- Partner with Supply Chain SMEs to author, revise, and manage GMP documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, specifications, and Change Controls.
- Facilitate CAPA closures and actively participate in Operations-related process improvement initiatives.
- Develop standardized document formatting and content structures to ensure logical organization while minimizing gaps and duplication.
- Collaborate with Quality and Supply Chain teams to ensure all documentation meets or exceeds compliance expectations.
- Compile supporting change management documentation and follow up with reviewers and approvers to meet project timelines.
qualifications:
Required: - Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience authoring and revising GMP documentation and managing change controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
Preferred: - Experience with advanced document management applications and process improvement techniques.
- Strong cross-functional communication and meeting facilitation skills.
