Service Manager | New Honda Dealership Opening – Maryland (2027)

Compensation

$150,000 - $200,000+ Annual Earning Potential

Compensation is based on experience, leadership background, and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven service leader to build and lead a high-performing team at our new Honda facility opening in January 2027.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all service department operations (staffing, production, profitability)
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention
• Coach and develop Service Advisors and Technicians
• Monitor KPIs (RO count, labor hours, efficiency, CSI, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company standards
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and overall shop performance

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 3+ years of Service Manager or Fixed Ops leadership experience
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Proven track record of driving performance and results

Preferred:

• Honda or import dealership experience
• CDK or similar DMS experience
• Strong understanding of fixed operations KPIs
