Pay Range: $35.32hr - $37.28hr Job Overview: Provides personal administrative support to an executive leadership team member who reports to the CEO. Duties include general clerical and project-based work. The candidate should project a professional company image through in-person and phone interactions. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, analytical skills, organizational skills, confidentiality, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to accept positive and developmental feedback. The candidate must be able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands. Experience and Education: Education: Degree preferred but not required. Minimum of 10+ years of related work experience. Intermediate knowledge of MS Windows and Office applications, specifically PowerPoint and Excel, required. High level of organization, attention to detail, and customer service focus. High level of initiative with the ability to balance multiple tasks in a busy environment. Strong communication skills. Preferred experience working in a large-scale high-tech environment. Must be highly organized, detailed, and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. Ability to coordinate meetings, events, and complex travel plans. High level of polished professionalism.
