Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time
School Social Worker
for a K–12 school setting in Colorado Springs, CO. In this role, you'll support students' social-emotional well-being, family engagement, and access to learning through counseling, crisis support, and collaboration with school teams. We welcome both new and experienced clinicians!

What You'll Do
Provide individual and group counseling to support student mental health and social-emotional development
Support crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety planning as needed
Participate in IEP, MTSS, and student support team meetings
Conduct assessments related to social-emotional and behavioral needs
Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
Support attendance, engagement, and wraparound services for students and families
Assist in developing and implementing intervention plans
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
Connect families to community resources and supports
What We're Looking For
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field
Valid Colorado CDE Special Services Provider license with School Social Worker endorsement, or eligibility by start date
Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis response skills
School-based experience preferred, not required
Passion for supporting students' mental health and well-being
