Production Laborer – 2nd Shift Litchfield Park, AZ 85340 $18.50/hour 12-hour rotating schedule (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) Job Overview We are hiring

Production Laborers

to join a fast-paced manufacturing team! In this role, you will operate production machinery, inspect products for quality, and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and consistent hours. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery Perform visual inspections and quality checks on products Follow detailed work instructions and safety guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet daily production and quality goals Work effectively in a team environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous production or machine operating experience (preferred) Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail Ability to stand for long periods Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively Reliable attendance and punctuality Work Environment Warehouse setting with fluctuating temperatures Fast-paced production environment Dress Code Closed-toe shoes required Casual clothing (no graphic shirts or tank tops) Water allowed in clear, non-breakable containers in work areas
