Responsibilities

• Assist with the construction and installation of paver patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, seat walls, granite steps, and landings
• Work with natural stone and concrete products to create outdoor living spaces
• Participate in site preparation, excavation, grading, and drainage tasks
• Perform masonry repairs and restoration as needed
• Support landscape construction activities, including planting trees, shrubs, and perennials, installing loam and mulch, and completing site-finish work
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
• Collaborate with team members and follow direction from crew leaders and managers
• For experienced candidates: Oversee jobsite layout, grades, base preparation, cutting, setting materials, and finishing work
• For crew leaders: Direct crew activities, coordinate materials, maintain productivity, and communicate with management and clients

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow direction
• Ability to work safely in an outdoor, physically active environment
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Takes pride in producing quality work
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• For experienced roles: Knowledge of masonry or hardscape installation, jobsite layout, grades, base preparation, cutting, setting materials, and finishing work
• For crew leader roles: Experience directing crews, coordinating materials, maintaining productivity, and communicating with management and clients
