Eden Vista Apple Valley , part of Vista Senior Living Management, is seeking a compassionate and energetic Life Enrichment Assistant to help enrich the lives of our residents through engaging and meaningful activities.
Position: Life Enrichment Assistant
Hours: 16 hours per week (2 days per week, 8-hour shifts)
Schedule:
The schedule is flexible; however, we are looking for someone who can consistently work the same two days each week, with non-consecutive shifts preferred.
The Life Enrichment Assistant is responsible for organizing, facilitating, and participating in person-centered activity programming that promotes social engagement, independence, and overall well-being. This includes one-on-one visits, small group activities, and larger community events while documenting resident participation and outcomes as appropriate.
