HVAC Service Technician

Service Air is looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Silverhill, Alabama . If you're an experienced technician who enjoys diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems while providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to meet you.

Sales experience is a plus! We value technicians who can educate homeowners on repair and replacement options without using high-pressure sales tactics.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
• Explain repair recommendations and system options clearly to customers.
• Identify opportunities for equipment replacement and indoor air quality solutions when appropriate.
• Complete service tickets accurately using company software.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Sales or comfort advisor experience is a plus.
• Ability to educate customers and build trust.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
