You’ll follow a clearly defined process every step of the way, documenting your work with accuracy and care. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform move in and move outsPlace digital lock boxes on properties for marketing purposesPerform occupancy checksCollaborate with utility providers to fill out applications, submit deposits, and provide meter numbersPerform rent ready evaluations to determine if repair items are needed prior to moving inEvaluate the quality of work performed by third party contractors
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
High School Diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in Property Management, Field Operations, or Residential Maintenance Working knowledge of residential systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks, including rekeys and lock changesExperience interacting with municipalities, housing authorities, or court systems preferredStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
