Join the SAAD Bath & Shower Team

SAAD Bath & Shower is looking for a motivated Door-to-Door Canvasser / Appointment Setter to help us connect with homeowners throughout San Diego County.

We specialize in one-day bath remodels, tub-to-shower conversions, and walk-in tub installations for seniors. This role is not about closing sales at the door. Your main focus is to start conversations, create interest, and schedule qualified appointments for homeowners who may be interested in upgrading their tub or shower area.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, likes being outdoors, and wants to grow in sales, marketing, or home improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Walk assigned neighborhoods and speak with homeowners in a friendly, professional way
• Introduce SAAD Bath & Shower and the services we provide
• Talk with homeowners about bathroom remodeling options, including tub-to-shower conversions, shower replacements, tub replacements, and walk-in tubs
• Identify homeowners who may be interested in a free estimate
• Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
• Collect accurate homeowner information, including name, phone number, address, project interest, and appointment availability
• Confirm appointment details and make sure the homeowner understands the next step
• Track daily canvassing activity, conversations, leads, and appointments
• Follow assigned routes and help ensure proper neighborhood coverage
• Represent the company with honesty, professionalism, and a positive attitude

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is outgoing, reliable, coachable, and comfortable starting conversations with homeowners. You do not need to be a bathroom remodeling expert, but you should be willing to learn the basics of our services and represent the company well.

Ideal candidates should have:

• Strong communication skills
• A confident and friendly personality
• Ability to speak clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to walk and stand outdoors for several hours
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• A positive attitude, even when dealing with rejection
• Ability to accurately enter lead information into a CRM or tracking system
• Sales, canvassing, appointment setting, customer service, or home improvement experience is preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required

Pay Structure

This position offers guaranteed hourly pay plus performance bonuses.

• $25.00 per hour base pay
• Bonus opportunities for qualified appointments
• Additional earning potential for appointments that turn into sold projects

Schedule

Flexible full-time or part-time schedules available.

Preferred availability:

• Weekdays
• Some early evenings
• Saturday availability is a plus

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to carry basic materials such as flyers, brochures, or a tablet
• Must be professional, respectful, and dependable
• Previous sales or marketing experience is preferred
