Job Description

Full Time/Non Exempt

Field-based — travels to active commercial and residential job sites to perform installs, including projects that require travel and overnight stays of up to one week.

Installs custom commercial and residential cabinetry, casework, trim, hardware, and countertops from architectural drawings through final walkthrough.

Works alongside the internal team, general contractors, and other trades to keep installs on schedule and to spec on active job sites.

Handles projects ranging from single-day residential installs to week-long commercial builds that require travel.

Compensation:

$30 - $40 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Installs custom cabinets, casework, and millwork on commercial and residential job sites

  • Installs trim, hardware, equipment, and countertops as specified

  • Reads blueprints and architectural drawings to plan each install

  • Executes installs from start to finish following exact drawing layouts

  • Loads materials, tools, and equipment for transport to job sites

  • Travels to job sites for installs, including projects requiring up to a week on site

  • Sets up and breaks down tools and materials on active job sites

  • Collaborates with the internal team throughout each project

  • Coordinates with general contractors and other trades to sequence work on active job sites

  • Follows OSHA safety requirements on every job site

  • Maintains a safe working environment for self and others on site

  • Maintains a clean, professional appearance when representing to high-end clientele

  • Operates hand and power tools efficiently and safely

  • Troubleshoots fit and installation issues on site and adjusts as needed

  • Confirms completed installs meet approved drawings and specifications

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Clear communication with contractors, trades, and internal teams

  • Reliability across multi-day jobsite assignments requiring travel

  • Professional, client-facing presentation

  • Problem-solving under on-site conditions

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods standing, bending, and working with hand and power tools

  • Site visits to active commercial and residential construction sites, including uneven surfaces, stairs, and ladders

  • Personal protective equipment required on site

• Lifting materials, equipment, and cabinetry up to 75 lbs or more

  • Overnight travel required for some projects, up to one week at a time

Required: 3–5 years of experience in cabinetry or carpentry installation

Preferred: OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification; valid driver's license
