Job Description

Clinical Research Leader role within Johnson & Johnson MedTech's Neurovascular division, responsible for executing and managing company-sponsored clinical trials in stroke treatment. The position involves overseeing trial feasibility, site management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage company-sponsored clinical trials while ensuring timeline and milestone compliance
• Oversee clinical trial site selection, setup, conduct, and closure across allocated countries
• Develop and manage clinical trial documents including protocols, informed consents, and monitoring plans
• Serve as primary contact for clinical trial sites and manage site-related activities
• Manage investigational device ordering, tracking, and regulatory trial registration

Requirements

• Experience managing clinical trials and ensuring ICH-GCP compliance
• Knowledge of clinical trial documentation and regulatory requirements
• Ability to oversee investigational device accountability and trial materials
• Strong project management and budget tracking capabilities
• Experience interfacing with IRBs, clinical sites, and regulatory agencies
• Proficiency in clinical data review and statistical preparation
