We are currently accepting applications for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team as a Charge Nurse / Med Cart Nurse on 3rd shift (10:45 PM–7:15 AM) within our long-term care and rehabilitation facility specializing in geriatrics.
This is a great opportunity for a dependable and compassionate nurse looking for a consistent overnight schedule and a rewarding career caring for our residents.
We are looking for nurses who are reliable, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent resident care. Candidates should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and enjoy working with residents, families, CNAs, and fellow nursing staff.

Essential Job Functions
Responsibilities include medication administration, electronic documentation and resident assessments, monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition to physicians and responsible parties as needed, ordering medications from the pharmacy, supervising and supporting CNA staff, wound care and treatments, collecting and processing laboratory specimens, and providing safe, compassionate, resident-centered care.
