As a Case Manager with our Community Support Program (CSP)and help adults living with serious and persistent mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders build stability, independence, and meaningful lives in their community.
This is an opportunity to do purpose-driven work while building your clinical career. You’ll receive hands-on experience, work alongside an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, and have access to clinical supervision toward licensure.
Starting Pay: $44,000

This Isn’t Your Typical Case Management Job
About 70% of your work happens in the community and participants’ homes .
You may spend your day helping someone move into stable housing, accompanying a participant to a medical appointment, connecting someone with substance use treatment, coaching someone through an important life skill, or helping de-escalate a crisis.
You’ll work in real-world environments where progress isn't always linear.

First Shift | Generally 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
The position requires the ability to navigate stairs and periodically lift/carry approximately 20 pounds to assist participants with various tasks. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
