The Automotive
Technician/Automotive
Mechanic plays a vital role in maintaining and repairing vehicles to ensure safety and performance. This role involves working collaboratively within a team and primarily utilizing a combination of diagnostic tools to identify and fix automotive issues. Interaction with customers is limited, focusing mainly on technical service delivery.
Responsibilities
Perform vehicle diagnostics to identify mechanical and electrical issues
Repair and maintain engines and related components
Conduct brake system maintenance and repairs
Service and troubleshoot electrical systems
Inspect and repair transmissions
Carry out routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in automotive repair
Technical certification in automotive repair
Valid driver's license
Proficient in engine diagnostics, brake systems, electrical systems, and transmission repair
Strong problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
