Area Construction Manager
Primary Role : The Area Construction Manager is responsible for recruiting, hiring, motivating, training, supervising, and managing Superintendent and Warranty personnel. They will be tasked with leading the Area field operations and processes for home construction (both single family and multifamily) and warranty, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to achieve desired results, maintain quality, and ensure customer satisfaction.
